It’s been an amazing year for Fullframe, we have traveled around Australia working on some big projects, met inspiring people, successfully launched our iPhone application “iRelease”, created a new website and blog, but best of all we have had lots of fun along the way. We look back at our favourite images captured during the year and share our thoughts and experiences that went into creating each Image.
Each year our creative team sit down and look at the major events that happened around the world and think of a funny ways to integrate it into our Christmas card. Last year it was the Global Financial Crisis, this year we decided to take a risk and target an Australian icon, Qantas. Take a look at what went into this years artwork and see if you can find the hidden anomaly buried in the snow.
It’s hard to believe that it’s Christmas again and the year is almost over. The festive season is that special time of the year when we catch up with friends and family, get stuck talking to that strange family member (we all have one), eat and drink far too much and take thousands of family photo’s. Photography has changed significantly over the past 15 years since the onset of digital, but has it been a change for the better or has it just over simplified things and made us too reliant on technology?
Believe it or not in the fundamentals of photography have not changed in over 100 years, you still have a box with a lens attached that allows light in to records images onto a film plane or digital sensor. So what are the fundamentals and how will it make me a better photographer?
